In Anime Last Stand, Light Essence is a material used for crafting a range of items. Some of these items include the Bisento, Idol's Dress, as well as the Prison Realm.
To get Light Essence, you'll need to complete Cavern of Light stages.
How to Play Cavern of Light
To play Cavern of Light, you'll need to already have unlocked World 2 (which requires completion of all World 1 stories, as well as the World 2 Trial).
Next, head into the PLAY building and enter any empty Elemental Caverns chamber. You'll then need to select the Elemental Cavern Luminous Hollow option at the right side of the menu:
You'll then need to select your desired difficulty found at the left side of the menu:
Although every difficulty will reward your character with Light Essence, the harder the difficulty, the more Light Essence you'll receive.
Once you've selected your difficulty, click the Select Cavern button at the bottom of the menu:
You'll then need to start and complete your Cavern of Light stage to receive Light Essence!
