In Adopt Me, neon pets are a unique type of pet which requires 4 of the same type of regular pet to create. They feature a unique glow, and take on any special abilities that the original 4 pets that were used to craft it had. To age the pets from newborn all the way to full grown, you'll need to complete a range of different tasks or feed them age-up potions.
How to Make a Neon Pet
First, head to the Neon Cave, which is found beneath this bridge at Adoption Island:
Next, once under the bridge, enter through this door:
Next, walk up to the platform (shown below), and press the E key near the blue circle to select your first pet:
Next, once the menu has opened, select the pet you want to make a neon version of (remember you'll need 4 of the same pet to make a neon version of it). For example, if you wanted to create a neon version of the Cactus Friend pet, you'd select it as shown below:
Next, repeat this process of selecting your desired pet for the green, purple, and orange circles on the ground. Once 4 pets of the same type have been selected, the neon version will be automatically crafted and displayed on the white circle in the center:
