How to Use Emotes
Hit the / key on your keyboard
Type /e, followed by an emote name (find below)

Below you can find a searchable list of all Roblox emotes, complete with the /e commands you'll need to perform them. Hover over a video preview to see an emote in action.
Type the name of an emote into the search box to filter emotes.
Applaud
This emote makes your character clap their hands.

ClaimShrug
This emote makes your character shrug their shoulders.

ClaimTilt
This emote makes your character tilt on one leg and lift their arms up.

ClaimPoint
This command makes your character point their finger in front of them.
Point 2
This emote makes your character point forward with a little more oomph than the regular point emote.

This emote makes your character put their hand up in the air and wave with a little more enthusiasm than the original wave emote.

ClaimStadium
This emote makes your character throw their waving arms up into the air and look side to side.

ClaimSalute
This emote makes your character perform a rather flamboyant salute.

ClaimDance
This emote makes your character perform an energetic dance jumping and flailing their hands from left to right.
Dance Emote HelpDance 2
This emote makes your character hold their arms up and wave from left to right, almost like a robot.
Dance Emote HelpDance 3
This emote makes your character hold their arms up and wave them from left to right in a rhythmic fashion.
Dance Emote HelpCheer
This emote makes your character throw their two hands up in the air and wave them about as if cheering something on.
Wave
This emote makes your character put their hand up in the air and wave.
Laugh
This emote makes your character lean back and laugh.

Roblox emote commands only work if the in-game chat is enabled on your account. If your account can't send messages in the chat, you can still use emotes but you must do so via the emote menu.
Before using the emote menu, you will need to equip the emotes you want to use. This can be done from within the Avatar Editor (the same place that you would customize your character's clothing and appearance).
Once you've equipped the emotes you want to use, all you need to do is open the emote menu in game and click on an emote to perform it. See help for opening the emote menu on different devices below.
PC
If you're on PC, you can open the emote menu by pressing .
(dot) on your keyboard.
Mobile
On mobile, tap the ellipsis (three circles) in the top right hand corner of the game and then tap Emotes
:
Xbox
On Xbox, press Start
, select Emotes
from the menu and then select the emote you wish to perform!
