In Anime Vanguards, Tuji is an Exclusive unit based on the Toji character from the anime Jujustu Kaisen. When first obtained, you'll be able to use his Heavenly Body ability to increase damage dealt against to by 50%. When evolved, you'll also have the chance to use two new abilities, called Challenging Infinity and Cursed Inventory.
Step 1: obtain a Cursed Worm
To unlock Tuji in Anime Vanguards, you'll first need to obtain the Cursed Worm item. This can be done through completing the Shibuya Station Story stage, Act 6: Perfected Human Curse.
Step 2: complete the first set of Cursed Worm missions
Once you've obtained the Cursed Worm, you'll need to complete the first set of Cursed Worm missions. These can be found when hovering over the Cursed Worm item in your inventory, and are as follows:
- Defeat the Dagon boss (found in Shibuya Station Story Act 1)
- Defeat the Transfigured Mahato boss (found in Shibuya Station Story Act 6)
- Defeat the Jag-o boss (found in Shibuya Aftermath Legends Act 1)
- Defeat the Sukono boss (found in Shibuya Aftermath Legends Act 2)
Step 3: sacrifice an evolved unit
Once you've defeated all four bosses, you'll then need to sacrifice an evolved unit from the Anime Vanguards Update 1. The units included are:
- Nazuka
- Inamuki
- Nobaba
- Todu
- Chaso
- Gujo
- Jag-o
- Itaduri
- Tuji
- Julias
- Mechamar
- Mohato
- Legendary Super Brolzi

Step 4:
Once you've sacrificed your unit, you'll then need to defeat the Reanimated Tuji boss. This boss can be found in the Shibuya Station Story Act 2. When defeated, the boss has a 100% chance of dropping a Tuji unit.
