In Bee Swarm Simulator, translators are an item which you'll be able to use to talk to certain in-game NPCs. Because translators are a single-use item (meaning you can only use each translator once), you'll need to know how to acquire more when needed. Without a translator, you won't be able to accept quests from NPCs like Gifted Riley Bee, Gifted Bucko Bee and Sticky Bug, and consequently not receive any of the rewards.
To get a Translator, you'll need to interact with Science Bear. To do so, you'll first need to claim a hive, and have a minimum of 10 bees. Next, head to this mountain area, either by using the gate entrance or the slingshot:
Once you're at the top of the mountain, you'll need to head over to Science Bear, and press E to interact with him:
This will then start a dialogue sequence with Science Bear, at the end of which will assign a quest to your character. To receive translators as a reward, you'll need to work through the first 20 quests assigned by Science Bear, after which you'll start to receive translators as a reward for completing them (only quest numbers 21, 26 and 31 will reward you with translators).
