In Blox Fruits, Jeremy is level 850 boss that can drop up to 250,000 XP when defeated, as well as the Black Spikey Coat accessory.
To find Jeremy, you'll first need to head to the Kingdom of Rose, an island located in the Second Sea. Once at the Kingdom of Rose, head towards the Area 2 Quest Giver NPC found near the Kingdom's walls:

Next, interact with the Area 2 Quest Giver NPC, and select the Jeremy option:
Once you've selected the Jeremy option, you'll then need to head up this mountain found to the right of the Kingdom's walls:
Once you've climbed the mountain to its peak, you'll then find the Jeremy boss placed in the middle:
