In Blox Fruits, Shafi is an NPC that teaches the Sanguine Art fighting style in exchange for $5,000,000 and 5,000 Fragments. The Shafi NPC can currently only be found at the Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea.
How to Find Shafi at the Tiki Outpost
First, you'll need to head to the Tiki Outpost, an island located in the Third Sea which looks like this:
Next, you'll need to head near this building:
Here you'll find an entrance to an underground tunnel which looks like this:
You'll then need to head inside this tunnel entrance. Inside, you'll need to follow the path and turn right. Here you'll find the Shafi NPC, who looks like this:
