In Blox Fruits, the Hungry Man is an NPC that is part of the Hungry Man quest. When completed, this particular quest upgrades the user's Instinct ability into its Instinct V2 variant. The Hungry Man NPC can currently only be found on the Floating Turtle island.
How to Find the Hungry Man at Floating Turtle
First, you'll need to head to the Floating Turtle island, which is located in the Third Sea and looks like this from above:
Next, you'll need to head to the part of the island where you'll find the pineapple treehouses, which look like this:
Next, you'll need to head inside this pineapple (which is the tallest pineapple on the island):
You'll then find the Hungry Man NPC inside, who looks like this up close:
