In Blox Fruits, the Mob Leader is a level 120 boss which is part of the Saber Puzzle. Although this particular boss uses the Katana as his primary weapon, he doesn't utilize any of the weapon's abilities when in battle.
The Mob Leader can only be found on Jean-Luc Island.
How to Find the Mob Leader on Jean-Luc Island
First, you'll need to head to Jean-Luc Island, an island located in the First Sea which looks like this:
Once at the island, you'll need to enter through this cave entrance:
You'll then find the Mob Leader boss inside, who looks like this:
