How to Find the Dark Step Teacher to Buy Dark Step
First, you'll need to head to Pirate Village, an island in the First Sea which looks like this:
You'll then need to head between these two buildings:
Here you'll find a hidden doorway, which looks like this:
You'll then need to head through this doorway. Inside you'll find the Dark Step Teacher, who looks like this:
You'll then need to interact with the Dark Step Teacher and click the Talk option:
Next, click the Learn option to purchase Dark Step for $150,000:
