In Blox Fruits, Mini Tusks are an uncommon material used for upgrading a range of items, including the Cursed Dual Katana and the Tushita swords. To obtain Mini Tusks, you'll need to defeat Mythological Pirate enemies.
How to Find Mythological Pirates to Get Mini Tusks
First, head to the Floating Turtle, an island located in the Third Sea. Next, you'll need to head up this hill found near the castle wall:
Once you've climbed the hill, you'll find a large brown area of land. You'll find the Mythological Pirates spawning around this brown area of land:

Next, you'll need to defeat a Mythological Pirate which has the chance to drop Mini Tusks upon defeat. As the Mini Tusk material is not a guaranteed drop, you may need to defeat multiple Mythological Pirates before obtaining one.
