In Blox Fruits, the Black Cape is a rare accessory that grants the user 5% more damage on any attack, in addition to an increase of 100 in both energy and health. It's currently one of the easiest accessories to obtain in Blox Fruits, and is particularly useful for players starting out in the First Sea.
To get the Black Cape, you'll need to purchase it for $50,000 from the Parlus NPC.
Note: Your character must be at least level 50 to purchase the Black Cape.
How to Find the Parlus NPC
First, you'll need to head to the Marine Fortress, which is an island located in the First Sea.
Once at the Marine Fortress, you'll need to head to the top of his guard tower:
Next, you'll need to head down this hatch found at the top:
You'll then find the Parlus NPC at the bottom of the hatch, who looks like this:
To purchase the Black Cape for $50,000, you'll need to interact with Parlus and click on the Deal button:
