In Blox Fruits, the Ghoul Mask is a rare accessory that grants the user 10% (2.5% for NPCs) life leech on melee attacks, in addition to 500 energy. It also increases the user's run speed by 35%.
To get the Ghoul Mask, you'll need to purchase it for 50 Ectoplasm from the El Perro NPC.
How to Find the El Perro NPC
First, you'll need to head to the Cursed Ship, which is located in the Second Sea and looks like this:
Once you're on board the Cursed Ship, you'll then need to head through this doorway found towards the back of the ship:
Once inside the Cursed Ship, you'll then need to turn right and head through this doorway:
You'll then need to head through this doorway, found on the left side of the room:
You'll then find the El Perro NPC in this room towards the back, who looks like this:
You'll then need to interact with the El Perro NPC to purchase the Ghoul Mask for 50 Ectoplasm!
