In Blox Fruits, the Pilot Helmet is a rare accessory that grants the user an 130% increase in movement speed, a 10% increase in health regeneration, as well as 250 energy and 250 health. It currently provides the highest movement speed out of all Blox Fruits accessories.
To get the Pilot Helmet, you'll need to defeat the Stone boss.
How to Defeat Stone
First, you'll need to head to Port Town, which is the first island in the Third Sea.
Once you're at Port Town, you'll need to head to this part of the island:
Here you'll find the Stone boss, who up close looks like this:
Next, you'll need to defeat the Stone boss who has the chance to drop the Pilot Helmet when defeated. As the Pilot Helmet is not a guaranteed drop, you may need to defeat him multiple times before obtaining it.
