There are plenty of titles for you to earn and flex in Blox Fruits, and among the harder ones to get is the Raging Demon title. Simply put, you can earn it by defeating 20 players in the same server without dying.
For each kill, you also have to earn bounty or honor, so you can't just farm low level players. Your targets must be around the same level range as you, otherwise, they don't count towards the title.
Once you've successfully defeated 20 players without dying, you'll receive the Raging Demon title, indicated by this message in the chat box and above your screen:
[New Title Unlocked: Raging Demon]
Can You Kill the Same Person?
Technically, you can kind of farm the same person for this, but there are limits to keep in mind. The way the Bounty/Honor system in Blox Fruits works is that you can only take it from the same player three times every 72-hour period.
This is to stop players from "cheating" titles like this or amassing enormous amounts of Bounty/Honor without any actual PVP.
If you can get a group of 7 players to help you, it's possible to cheese the title as this would let you reach the 20-kill mark before you reach the 3/3 limit on the last person.
