Taking the top spot as the most effective melee weapon in Blox Fruits, swords are the perfect go-to weapon when fighting off enemies in close quarters. The Cursed Dual Katana is no different - featuring not just one but two swords, players using this item will be able to inflict high levels of damage when taking down enemies. It also allows players to utilise two unique movesets, known as the Revolving Ravager and Slayer of Goliath. Ready to use this weapon and vanquish some foes? Follow the guide below on how to obtain it!
To obtain the Cursed Dual Katana, you must first have:
- A minimum of 350 Mastery on both the Tushita and Yama swords
- A player level of at least 2,200
If you've met the above requirements, you'll then need to complete the Cursed Dual Katana Puzzles.
Step 1: Complete the Cursed Dual Katana Puzzles
First, you'll need to head to the Floating Turtle Island in the Third Sea, and look for the Crypt Master. The Crypt Master can be found at the left side of the base of the building found behind the Mansion:
You'll then need to interact with the Crypt Master, which will unlock the gate where the puzzles can be completed. The gate will open on the opposite side of the building, and look like this:
Once inside, you'll find two scrolls placed on pedestals on either side of the room. The one on the left contains the puzzles for the Tushita sword, and the one on the right contains the puzzles for the Yama sword. The scrolls look like this:
To start the puzzles for each sword, you'll need to interact with each scroll. It is recommended you start the puzzles for the Tushita sword (left) first.
How To Complete the Tushita Puzzles
1. Docks Legend
To complete this puzzle, you'll need to interact with boat dealers at 3 different islands. After completing your interaction with each dealer, you'll need to select the 'Pardon Me' option to complete the puzzle.
2. Sense of Duty
To complete this puzzle, you'll need to successfully complete a Pirate Raid at the Castle on the Sea, located at the centre of the Third Sea.
3. Soulless
To complete this puzzle, you'll first need to defeat the Cake Queen. She can be found on the Ice Cream Island, which is located in the Sea of Treats. Once defeated, your character will be teleported to the Heaven Dimension, where you'll need to light up three torches (found on rocks near the spawn area) which look like this:
Once lit, each torch will spawn enemies in the nearby area which you'll need to defeat. Once defeated, you'll be teleported back to the scroll room. Here you'll need to interact with the Tushita scroll again to burn it. This will indicate all of the Tushita puzzles have now been completed.
How To Complete the Yama Puzzles
1. Pain and Suffering
To complete this puzzle, your character must take at least 10,000 damage from an enemy (either real player or NPC) with the Yama sword equipped.
2. Haze of Misery
Upon accepting this puzzle, your screen will fog slightly, which will indicate the puzzle has been started. You'll then need to head head to and check every island in the Third Sea for NPCs marked with a purple circle, which looks like this:
You'll then need to defeat every NPC with this marker that you come across. Please note that Ghosts also have the chance to spawn with this marker, so you'll need to check the Yama room to ensure all NPCs have been eliminated.
3. Fear the Reaper
To complete this puzzle, you'll first need to summon the Soul Reaper using a Hallow Essence. Once the Soul Reaper has spawned, you'll need to let it kill you, which will then teleport you to the Hell Dimension. You'll then need to light three torches in the Hell Dimension, similar to those that were lit in the Heaven Dimension for the Soulless Puzzle. The torches will look like this:
Once lit, these torches will spawn a series of enemies that you'll need to defeat. After they've been defeated, a portal will open that you'll need to enter, which will look like this:
This portal will take you back to the scroll room, where you'll need to interact with the Yama scroll again to burn it. This will indicate all of the Yama puzzles have now been completed.
Step 2: Defeat the Skeleton Boss
After you've completed all of the Yama and Tushita puzzles, and both scrolls have now been burnt, you'll need to head to the pedestal placed at the center of the back wall. It looks like this:
You'll need to then interact with it, which will then open the hidden gate found behind the pedestal. Walk through the gate to enter the chamber found behind the scroll room, where the Cursed Skeleton Boss will spawn. You'll need to defeat this boss, which upon death will then drop the Cursed Dual Katana.
