In Dress to Impress, Fishnets (also known as Fishnet Tights) are a leg-based clothing item. There are a range of different styles for this particular clothing item, including customization options for its thickness, pattern, and color.
How to Get Fishnets
To get Fishnets, you'll first need to head to this area found to the left of Lana's Salon:
Next, you'll need to left click on the tights option found in the middle of this display:
This will then equip the Fishnets item. You'll then have the option to customize your Fishnets through the use of the customization menu (as shown below):
