Fisch: How to Catch Bananas

In Fisch, the Banana is a type of secret fish that can be sold for 18500C$/KG. Although it doesn't reward much XP when caught, its high selling price is the main reason players seek to obtain this hard-to-catch fish.

To catch a Banana, you'll need to fish for it at the Ancient Isle.

How to Catch Bananas

First, head to the Ancient Isle. This is an island located east of Moosewood, placed between Snowcap Island and Mushgrove Swamp. The island itself looks like this:

Once you're at the Ancient Isle, you'll then need to either fish in its surrounding waters to try and catch a Banana, or fish within the Freshwater Pond and Waterfall found further inland.

As a Banana fish is a rare fish to catch, you'll likely need to catch multiple fish at the Ancient Isle before you catch a Banana.

To improve your chances of catching a Banana, you can:

• Use the Heaven’s Rod or other rods with increased luck boosts
• Use the Aurora Totem to trigger an Aurora Borealis and boost your luck
• Purchase extra luck from the Merlin NPC (this costs 5,000C$)
• Find a server that already has increased server luck
• Use the Tempest Totem to trigger rainfall (check out our guide here on how to get one)
