In Fisch, Jack Marrow is an NPC who fixes treasure maps for 250C$. When repaired, these treasure maps will feature the full set of coordinates required to locate a treasure chest (which you'll need to use a GPS to find). Treasure Chests feature a range of exciting rewards, including Enchant Relics, Lunar Threads, as well as Quality Bait Crates.
How to Find Jack Marrow
First, you'll need to head to Forsaken Shores, which is an island that looks like this:
You'll then need to head into the eye of the rock shaped like a skull, using the access ladders found at the left:
Once inside the skull, you'll find Jack Marrow, who looks like this:
To repair your Treasure Map, you'll need to interact with him and pay 250C$.
