In Fisch, the Drill is a tool which is used to start the submarine-building quest and mine obsidian around Roslit Bay's Lighthouse. When obsidian is destroyed using the drill, it has a 5% chance of dropping parts required to build the submarine - a vehicle used for accessing Mariana's Veil.
How to Get the Drill
To get the Drill, you'll first need to head to Roslit Bay, which is an island that looks like this:
You'll then need to head to the submarine dock, which can be found at the North-West side of the island (near the lighthouse):
Once you're at the submarine dock, you'll then find the Dr Glimmerfin NPC, who looks like this:
Next, walk up to Dr Glimmerfin and interact with him by pressing the E key. Once you've completed his dialogue sequence, you'll then find the Drill item in your hotbar!
