Fisch: How to Get the Poseidon Rod

In Fisch, the Poseidon Rod is currently one of the most powerful rods in the game, featuring high lure speed, resilience, and control stats. This particular rod also features the "Poseidon's Blessing" passive ability, which has a 10% chance of increasing any hooked fish's weight by 75-150%.
Step 1: Collect 6 Shark-Type Fish
First, you'll need to fish for and collect 6 different types of fish. All 6 types of these Shark-type fish can be found below, including their spawn locations and preferred types of bait.

Step 2: Swim to the Poseidon Trial
Once you've collected all 6 types of fish listed above, you'll then need to complete the Poseidon Trial. To do so, you'll first need to head to Atlantis (check out our guide here on how to get there).
Once you're at Atlantis, you'll then need to head across this bridge and towards Poseidon's Temple:
Next, you'll need to equip some Diving Gear, and dive into this pool of water:
Once you've dived into the pool, you'll then need to swim right and through this archway:
Once you're through the archway, you'll need to keep swimming straight and take the right turn. You'll then need to swim the surface, and head past the blue crystals:
Past these blue crystals you'll find two archways - one on the left, and one on the right.
Step 3: Complete the Poseidon Trial
To complete the Poseidon Trial, you'll need to place 3 of the Shark-type fish in the room through the left archway, and 3 of the Shark-type fish in the room through the right archway.
Fish Required for the Left Room:
- Great Hammerhead Shark
- Icebeard Shark
- Whale Shark
Fish Required for the Right Room:
- Ancient Megalodon
- Ginsu Shark
- Great White Shark
To place fish, you'll simply need to walk through one of the archways, equip the fish, and walk up to one of the pedestals shown below:
You'll then need to press the E key near the pedestal to place it.
Once all 6 Shark-type fish have been placed on the pedestals, then the doorway to the Poseidon Rod will open.
To find the gate, head back the way you came (and towards the pool you swam up from), and turn right. You'll find the doorway here, which looks like this:
Step 4: Purchase the Poseidon Rod
Once the doorway to the Poseidon Rod has opened, you'll then need to walk through it.
Next, you'll need to walk over to the Poseidon Rod, which is placed on the far wall and looks like this:
Once you're at the Poseidon Rod, you'll then need to press the E key to purchase it for 1,555,555C$!
