How to Get the Steady Rod
First, head to Roslit Bay, which is found in the west of the map and looks like this:
Once at Roslit Bay, you'll need to head to Roslit Hamlet - a small area near the shoreline where you'll find a series of market stalls:
Next, head to the blacksmith's stall, placed on this rock:
Once you're at the blacksmith's stall, you'll find the Steady Rod for sale on the right side:
Next, press the E key to view and then purchase the Steady Rod for 7,000C$!
