When first starting out, you can choose to become a finder, a recruiter, a business or a visitor. Each role will help benefit your team in unique ways, so make sure to choose wisely. To help promote your group, you can head over to the in-game shop to purchase banners, signs, and other promotional materials.
You can even purchase offices for your group, which can be used to either interview or house new members. Remember to stay loud and have enticing slogans in the trading hall however - there will be stiff competition from other groups, who will be looking to steal all of your potential members!
