In King Legacy, the Passive Tree is a powerful entity that unlocks the Passive System and grants a Fate Book upon those that interact with it for the first time.
What Does the Passive Tree Do?
Upon finding a Passive Tree, you can interact with it and receive a blessing by picking the "Blessing" option, which will cause the tree to despawn:
Upon doing so, you'll now have access to Passives and be granted a free Fate Book for the first time. These Fate Books are used to reroll passives, and they may only be used in a safe zone.
How to Reroll Passives?
To reroll passives, open your Stats page and click on the Passive button on the upper right. There, you can click the green reroll button on the lower left to reroll your passives:
This will then prompt you to choose a book, and here are all the possible books you can use and their drop chances:

Each rarity of Passive Books can be used to craft the next one. For example, the Fate Book is a required material for Essence Books, which can then be made into Fortune Tales.
How Do I Know When Passive Trees Have Spawned?
The Passive Tree currently has multiple randomly-selected spawn locations in the First, Second and Third Seas, and only spawns at night. There will also be a server-wide announcement indicating that the Passive Tree has spawned, which will say:
