In King Legacy, Thief Rags are an uncommon item dropped by the Thief NPC. It can be used to upgrade weapons like the Adventure Knife and Anubis Axe, or alternatively can be used to craft the Tempestas Stone and Bloodthirst Stone.
How to Locate Thieves for Thief Rags
Thieves only spawn on the Dead Tundra island in the Second Sea, which looks like this:
Once you've found the Dead Tundra island, head to the large open area which looks like this:
At the centre of the large open area, you'll find the Thief NPC:
Simply defeat the Thief NPC to receive Thief Rags (this drop is not guaranteed every time, which means you may need to defeat multiple Thieves to obtain it).
