While not exactly from an anime, Undyne has arrived in Legacy Piece, and you can harness her power by completing her questline and receiving a powerful new spear. It's one of the best weapons in the game right now, which makes it highly desirable.
To help you get Undyne as quickly as possible, we'll briefly guide you through everything you need to do.
Starting Undyne's Questline
First, teleport to Ice Island. There, keep moving forward from the teleporter and ascend the blocks of ice. Once you get past the Enhancement NPC, you should see Undyne standing in a corner.
How to Beat Undyne's Challenge
To start the questline for the weapon, speak with Undyne and click Accept Undyne's Challenge. This will start the spear trial minigame where you have to protect the heart in the middle from arrows flying towards it.
Block the arrows by pressing the direction where they're coming from. For example, if an arrow is approaching from the left side of the screen, move left to place the barrier there.
It's typically better to focus your eyes on the heart and react to the moving arrows through your peripheral vision as the arrows themselves will try to confuse you by pointing towards where they're going rather than where they're coming from.
You must survive 30 seconds, and each missed arrow will reduce your HP by 10, meaning that you can only make 10 mistakes.
The arrows will get faster over time, so expect to take a few hits before the timer runs out! You can retry the challenge as much as you want until you succeed.
Once you've claimed victory, you can no longer repeat the challenge, and there is no reason to do so anyway.
Soul Resonance Quest
After beating Undyne's challenge, speak with her again and click Begin Soul Resonance to officially start her weapon's quest. Now, you'll have to find three hidden spears all around the game's world.
Here are the exact spots you need to visit, for your convenience:

Resonate with all of the spears by holding the interact button beside them. Upon doing so, you'll automatically start the next quest.
Challenging Undyne
Your final challenge is to defeat Undyne herself. Return to her on Ice Island and speak with her to be teleported to the arena, which immediately starts the fight.
WARNING: She is a high level raid boss with a ton of HP. If you lose, you will have to wait 5 minutes before you can try again!
Upon defeating her, you can continue retrying the fight to farm the necessary materials for the last step, which is to actually craft her weapon.
Obtaining the Undyne Weapon
Beating Undyne once will unlock the Undyne Trial option in the teleporter, where you can continue grinding for the resources you'll need. Each normal difficulty attempt will cost 30 Boss Tickets and $50,000.
On Ice Island, you can claim Undyne's weapon/spec if you can give her the following resources:

You'll also need $100,000,000, and your character must be an Undead Fishman.
How to Become an Undead Fishman
You must first be a regular Fishman before you can do this!
Go to Fishman Island and speak with the Fishman Elder to start the Undead Fishman evolution quest. Your first task will be to do the following:
- Defeat 5 Fishman Captains
- Collect 3 Undead Fishman Scales (drops from the Fishman Captain)
Once that initial challenge is done, you must collect the following to fully evolve into an Undead Fishman:
- 5 Undead Fishman Cores (also from the Fishman Captain)
- 20 Undead Fishman Scales
- 50 Dreadtide Hearts
- 100 Dreadtide Fangs
Dreadtide Hearts and Fangs drop from the Dreadtide Revenants that spawn on Grave Island.
Undyne's Kit (Passive & Abilities)
Undyne has an awakened mode triggered by "Undying Determination", which also gives you a 2-minute buff that increases your damage by 50% while reducing your damage taken by the same amount.
Its full base kit is as follows:

Undying Determination | B | Awaken ability. Grants a 50% damage and -50% damage taken buff that lasts two minutes. |
While awakened via Undying Determination, its abilities are temporarily replaced by more powerful versions of its base moves and a few extra flashy attacks.
