Use dangerous tools to gain pain, participate in painful challenges and unlock new areas in Pain Simulator! Initially, you spawn into the first area with no pain; since you can't gain with no pain, to progress and gain pain, you need to click as much as you can!
When you manage to get injured enough, you can get to the boss area and challenge the first boss to earn lots of coins! Then, you can purchase lots of items with those coins, including food to multiply your injuries, new tools like flame and dynamite to gain more pain, and even new areas to continue your odd journey!
