The Jump Pad in RIVALS is a free and useful momentum-boosting tool that you can easily unlock by collecting all 9 Jump Shards scattered throughout the different maps.
To help you unlock this bouncy utility, we'll be showing you all of their locations!
All Jump Shard Locations
Of the 9 Jump Shards, 3 of them can be found in the lobby, while the other 6 are scattered in different maps. You simply have to touch them to add them to your collection.
IMPORTANT: Jump Shards do not spawn in private servers.
Jump Shard #1 - Behind the Win Streaks Board
The first one can be found immediately as you load into the lobby. Look behind the Win Streaks board and you'll find it right above you.

Jump Shard #2 - In the Weapons Room
Next, head into the Weapons room and walk to the edge with all the boxes. You'll find the next Jump Shard right behind a set of crates in one corner.

Jump Shard #3 - In the Duels Room
Finally, the last Jump Shard in the lobby can be found in the Duels room. Just run to the 3v3 pads and you'll find it out in the open.

Jump Shard #4 - Onyx Map
In the Onyx map, you'll find a Jump Shard above the lava. It's easy to spot as it's being held up by a chicken.
This will take you out of bounds, but you can grab it quickly before the game automatically kills you.

Jump Shard #5 - Crossroads Map
In the Crossroads map, head to one of the corners with the billboard set up on the edge. You'll find a large grey rock on one side.

The Jump Shard can be found right behind this grey rock, and you'll have to sacrifice yourself by jumping out of bounds to get it.

Jump Shard #6 - Docks Map
In Docks, you'll have to make your way behind the set of shipment containers behind the red and yellow cranes.

You have to be extremely fast, as this area is way out of bounds. The Jump Shard is at the very back of this area, beside a green container.
This may take many attempts if you don't use movement tech, as you are likely to get auto killed before reaching it.

Jump Shard #7 - Bridge Map
In Bridge, head straight for the pillar in one corner where the front of the bus is facing. Make your way to the very edge, close to the fence.

The Jump Shard is behind this pillar, way above. You'll have to sacrifice yourself once again by jumping off the fence and climbing the pillar.
You should have enough time to grab it before the game automatically kills you, though you will get eliminated before you can make it back within bounds.

Jump Shard #8 - Construction Map
The Jump Shard in the Construction map is on the tip of the crane, and you can easily spot it if you look up.

To reach it, you will have to do two grenade jumps:
- First jump: Off the edge of the map to reach the crane, then climb up.
- Second jump: After climbing as high as possible, grenade jump to reach the very top of the crane
From the top part, you can simply walk towards the tip of the crane and grab the Jump Shard. This is not out of bounds, so you can spend an entire round attempting this.

Grenade Jump Tip
If you don't know how to grenade jump, you can use the trajectory line as a guide.
For example, if you hold the fire button with a grenade on hand, you will see a line showing where the grenade will go.

If you hold the grenade long enough, you'll notice that the line will quickly start coming closer. This is a sign that it is about to blow up.

Just before the line touches you, jump backwards and you'll get boosted far away. This won't deal any damage to you, so don't worry about that!
EXTRA TIP: Practice facing away from where you want to boost towards, because it's much easier to grenade jump backwards.

Jump Shard #9 - Station Map
Finally, in the Station map, you can find the last Jump Shard just behind the fence to the left of the white house. Walk along the fence, then drop down into the shard to grab it.
This part is out of bounds, and you must drop down exactly on top of the shard as you will fall through the ground.

Equipping the Jump Pad
Upon grabbing the last Jump Shard, you should now be able to unlock the Jump Pad. Scroll down to "Utility" in your weapons page and select it.
With all 9 Jump Shards on hand, you can unlock it for free by clicking on the "Unlock" button on the lower right.
