To use codes in Summon Heroes, first head to the main spawn area, and then walk over to the ITEM CODES area (found next to the ITEM SHOP):
Walking over to the ITEM CODES circle will then bring up the code redemption menu. Type your code into the Enter code... box, and then click Claim:
