A popular gaming platform in many countries, Roblox has grown to become a global sensation. A key part of Roblox's success is the work done at its headquarters, where a lot of the platform's important decisions are made.
Roblox Main HQ's Current Location
Currently, Roblox's headquarters are located in San Mateo, California. Specifically, their current HQ building is in 3150 S Delaware St, San Mateo, CA, and it looks like this from the outside:

Roblox's Other Offices
Over the years, the Roblox Corporation acquired new buildings for its extended workforce, and they actually lease multiple offices within the same street as the main HQ.
They occupy three total buildings in San Mateo, including their main executive office. Aside from the HQ itself, their campus includes offices labeled as "Station 1" and "Station 2", which are within walking distance of one another.

Why Roblox is Headquartered in California
One of the main reasons it's located here is because of its proximity to the company's original location. During its early development in 2004, the platform was based in another Californian city, which was called Menlo Park.
Working from a much smaller office when Roblox was first made, the founders David Baszucki and Erik Cassel worked hard to get it to where it is today, which also supported the company's move to its new offices in San Mateo.
Eventually, they would be headquartered at 970 Park Place, San Mateo, CA. They would stay here until they leased the Bay Meadows offices, which is where they are currently located. Their old HQ is now leased by Guidewire Software, which used to be in their current main office:

Future Expansions
Roblox reportedly plans on further expanding their San Mateo campus, and they've supposedly already signed a pre-lease for a couple of mid-rise office buildings.
It is said that by 2029, they will occupy two newly-constructed office buildings within the vicinity. With the company's continued growth, it is expected that they may expand their campus even more in the future.
