Adopt Me: How to Get a Hummingbird Pet

In Adopt Me, the Hummingbird is an ultra-rare pet released in August 2024. Currently, there are only two ways to obtain the Hummingbird pet:

• Trading
• Pets Plus Subscription

How to Trade for the Hummingbird Pet

First, you'll need to obtain a Trading License (check out our guide here on how to get one).

Once you've got a Trading License, you'll need to find the person you want to trade with and walk up to them (they'll also need a Trading License). Next, press the E key:

Next, click on the Trade (2) button:

Next, you'll need to wait for the other player to accept your trade request. They'll then need to put their Hummingbird pet in their section of the trade menu:

Once they've selected the Hummingbird pet and you're happy with the trade, you and the other player will both need to click the Accept button at the bottom of the trade menu:

Once you've both accepted the trade, you'll then find the Hummingbird pet in your inventory!

How to Use the Pets Plus Subscription to Get the Hummingbird

First, head to the Adopt Me Roblox store page, found here. Next, under the Subscriptions section, you'll need to purchase it for £2.99 (currencies and cost may vary depending on where you're located):

Next, you'll need to follow the steps displayed on your screen to purchase the subscription.

Once purchased, launch the Adopt Me game. Next, when this text pops up, you'll need to click Equip:

Next, select the Golden Petunia option:

Next, click on the backpack icon at the bottom of your screen to open your inventory:

Next, select the burger icon (also known as the food icon):

Next, select the Golden Petunia item:

Once equipped, left click with the item to place it on the ground. This will then attract a randomly-selected Hummingbird pet, which will then be automatically added to your inventory!
