In Blox Fruits, Scrolls are an item used to enchant upgraded weapons like the Dark Dagger, Rengoku, and Tushita. They can be used to apply enchantments like Fortune, Piercing, and Efficiency, improving a particular weapon's set of stats.
To get Scrolls, you'll need to craft them at the Dragon Talon Sage NPC.
How to Find the Dragon Talon Sage NPC
First, you'll need to head to the Tiki Outpost, which is an island located in the Third Sea.
Once at the Tiki Outpost, you'll need to enter this building found to the left of the island's archway entrance:
Once inside, you'll need to use the series of ladders found inside to climb to the top of the building. You'll find the Dragon Talon Sage NPC at the top, who looks like this:
Next, you'll need to interact with the Talon Sage NPC, and then click on the Craft button. You'll then need to select the Scroll that you'd like to craft!
