Blox Fruit's "Apex Predator" title is highly sought after by players who enjoy PVP, as it usually shows that you're a player who stops at nothing to hunt people all throughout the map.
To get it, you'll have to kill 25 players in the same server. That's the only task, with no extra or hidden stipulations.
Once you've managed to unlock it, you'll be notified with the following message on your screen:
[New Title Unlocked: Apex Predator]
You Can Kill the Same Person
Unlike the Raging Demon title, which requires you to earn bounty/honor, the Apex Predator title does not have such requirements.
This means that you can essentially kill the same person 25 times in a row, as long as you stay in one server. Kills against lower level players will also count, since you don't need to earn bounty/honor.
Basically, you only need to think purely about kills. You can get a single friend or alt account to do this, even if you hit the 72-hour cooldown for earning kill rewards.
