In Blox Fruits, the Purple Belt is an uncommon accessory that grants the user 14% more damage on Melee attacks, in addition to a 70% increase in movement speed. It is currently the sixth belt that you can receive from the Dojo Trainer NPC.
To get the Purple Belt, you'll need to defeat 3 Elite Pirates.
How to Find the Dojo Trainer
First, you'll need to have 500 mastery on the Dragon Talon fighting style.
Next, you'll need to head to Hydra Island, which is located in the Third Sea.

Next, you'll need to interact with him to accept quests which will reward your character with a Dojo Belt when completed.
As the Purple Belt is the reward for the 6th Dojo Trainer quest, you'll need to complete quests 1-5 before starting the quest for it.
How to Defeat 3 Elite Pirates for the Purple Belt
Currently, Elite Pirates spawn on 4 different islands, with all of them located in the Third Sea:
