Haze Seas has a diverse selection of devil fruits, swords, and even races that you can reroll. As such, it's often really hard to figure out which ones to try and get.
To help you out, we have a complete set of tier lists for all of these so you can work out which ones are the best for you.
Race Tier List
First up, let's quickly go over the races as these can be rerolled right from the login screen.

S Tier - The Best Races
Race | Rarity | Reason for Rating |

D.Clan | Mythical | It's the only way to get Conqueror's Haki, and the passive stat buffs that come along with it are good. |
Dragonborne | Legendary | Massive HP buff and allows you to glide once awakened to V2. |
A Tier - Good Races

Best Fruits Tier List
Fruits in this game are particularly powerful, and we've rated them mainly for how good they are in PVE and plain farming in general.
Most of these ratings also apply to PVP with a few exceptions, as power levels are typically the same in both types of gameplay. For example, Tremor isn't often recommended in PVP despite being an amazing fruit, while Electricity is top tier in both.

S Tier - The Best Fruits Overall

A Tier - Good Alternatives

Gum | Mythical | Very good damage, but with the condition that you need at least Gear 4 or 5 before it truly shines. |
Venom | Legendary | Powerful kit with abilities that have a huge radius, kind of like Magma minus the utility. |
Saturn | Mythical | While not the best, it's fun to use and relatively strong overall. |
Okuchi | Mythical | Same as Saturn. |
B Tier - Okay to Eat

Gas | Rare | Decent AoE and mobility, but heavily outclassed by other fruits. |
Buddha | Uncommon | Great grinding fruit for new players, but often ditched as you progress past the early-game stages of your account. |
C Tier - Avoid Using These
These fruits are not worth keeping long-term, so swap out from these the first opportunity you get. No reasoning needed for these fruits.

Most of these swords, with the exception of Dough Trident (which is just meh in general) are only ever good in the early game. You replace them quite quickly, as they aren't great past the low levels.
