In Blox Fruits, Flowers are items needed for the Alchemist quest. When completed, this particular quest upgrades your race to V2. This applies to every race, even Ghoul and Cyborg.
There are 3 different Flowers needed to complete this quest. Their in-game names are simply numbers rather than their colors, so here's what each number represents:
- Flower 1 - Blue Flower
- Flower 2 - Red Flower
- Flower 3 - Yellow Flower
Let's go over each type of flower and their spawn locations!
How to Find the Blue Flower
Blue Flowers only spawn at night, and they will despawn at daytime or if somebody picks them up. They also won't spawn if Darkbeard is in the server.
There are currently 5 locations (on 3 different islands) where the Blue Flower can spawn:

No Flowers At Night
There is a very rare possibility that it simply doesn't spawn in the server due to a bug. This is not your fault, but the server you are on is likely the issue.
If you can't seem to find one after checking all locations in a single night, consider hopping to another public server.
How to Find the Red Flower
For the Red Flower, you'll find its spawn locations around the Kingdom of Rose and Green Zone, which are attached to each other by a large bridge.

How to Find the Yellow Flower
To get the Yellow Flower, you'll simply need to defeat any enemy NPC in the Second Sea. Every enemy in this sea has an unknown chance to drop it.
As the Yellow Flower is not a guaranteed drop, you'll likely need to defeat a lot of enemies before obtaining one.
To get one quickly, it's recommended to kill the Swan Pirates at the Kingdom of Rose as they are the easiest/fastest you can clear with AOE.
IMPORTANT: There is seemingly no drop notification for the flower. While farming the Yellow Flower, regularly check your hotbar below to see if you have Flower 3.
