In Blox Fruits, Demonic Wisps are a rare material used to upgrade the Cursed Dual Katana and Hallow Scythe weapons. The only way to currently obtain Demonic Wisps is through defeating Demonic Soul enemies.
How to Find Demonic Souls
First, you'll need to find the Haunted Castle island, which is located in the Third Sea and looks like this:
Next, head inside the castle, and look for the Demonic Soul enemies. They'll look like this:
Next, you'll need to defeat the Demonic Soul enemy to obtain the Demonic Wisp item. As these are not a guaranteed drop each time, you'll likely have to defeat multiple Demonic Souls before obtaining any Demonic Wisps.
