While it isn't necessarily the hardest to fight, the Leviathan in Blox Fruits is certainly the most tedious of them all to actually get to.
In this guide, we'll go over everything you need to know in order to spawn and kill the Leviathan. We will also share a couple of tips that might help speed up the process.
How to Spawn the Leviathan
In order to spawn the Leviathan, you will first need to find the Frozen Dimension, which randomly spawns at Sea Danger Level 6 in the Third Sea.
IMPORTANT: You need a Sea Exploration Group of at least 5 people to spawn a Leviathan. If you don't have a group this big, do not bother looking for a Frozen Dimension yet.
This will be completely RNG-dependent, so you'll have to keep sailing around Sea Danger Level 6 until you encounter the Frozen Dimension. Once you do, speak with the Frozen Watcher floating on it.
If you have a group of at least 5 players, it will agree to spawn the Leviathan nearby.

Bribe the Spy - Increased Frozen Dimension Chance
In order to speed up the grind, you can increase the spawn rate of the Frozen Dimension by bribing the spy found at the Tiki Outpost.

To bribe the Spy, you'll need to click Clues, and then click the Bribe button. You'll then need to press Say less to give the Spy 1,500 Fragments.
You must do this 4 times for a total of 6,000 Fragments. After your last payment, the spy will then say: The Leviathan is out there! Go find it before it causes more destruction.
Contrary to popular belief, bribing the spy is NOT required. This merely increases the Frozen Dimension's spawn rate, so it'll be easier to find.
Leviathan Cooldown - A Misunderstood Mechanic
There is no cooldown for the Leviathan fight. The "cooldown" that people keep bringing up refers to how the spy will say "I don't know anything yet.". This does not prevent you from fighting the raid boss.
Basically, once you've killed the Leviathan, you'll be on a cooldown that prevents you from bribing the spy again. You must complete around 20 Sea Events to reset this cooldown.
This doesn't stop other players in the server from bribing the spy, and you can have somebody else trigger the boosted spawn rate of the Frozen Dimension if you are on cooldown.

Killing the Leviathan
The Leviathan is a tough raid boss that absolutely warrants the requirement of at least 5 players to spawn it. It's essentially a Sea Beast on steroids, with multiple body parts that each have their own HP bar.
How it works is that you need to kill three of its tails first to expose the head. It only has 1,000,000 HP total, which is reduced in chunks for each tail you kill.
Each tail has 387,500 HP, and killing one will reduce the Leviathan's HP by 250,000. If your party is strong enough, you can split up and kill them all simultaneously.

Once its tails are dead, you can now deal damage to its head, and its HP bar will now be green. From this point onwards, focus fire on it with your team until it goes down.

How to Get the Leviathan Heart
If you need a Leviathan Heart, you must bring a Beast Hunter ship to the fight. Once the Leviathan dies, it will drop a frozen heart that'll float in the air.
Somebody in your party will have to man the harpoon on the front side of the ship and fire it at the frozen heart. This will chain the heart to the ship, which you must now sail all the way to Tiki Outpost.

Upon reaching Tiki Outpost with the ship and heart intact, everybody in the group will automatically receive a Leviathan Heart.

Recommended Build for Farming
Although this is highly dependent on your playstyle, there are some clear solid choices when farming this raid boss.
Best Race for Leviathan
The Cyborg or Draco race is recommended when farming this boss, as it will give you the necessary buffs and/or mobility to survive the whole ordeal.
Shark (at least V2) is a safe option as well, if you don't already have a way to avoid or survive water damage.

Best Weapons/Fruits for Leviathan
It is highly recommended to have an Awakened Magma or Awakened Buddha for this fight. This will keep you safe from water damage and give you enough mobility to avoid attacks or get back in the fight if you get knocked back.
In terms of weapons, the Shark Anchor, Soul Guitar, or even Dragonstorm are solid options for the fight. If you're running Buddha, any of your favorite swords should work just fine too.
As for fighting styles, Sharkman Karate and Dragon Talon are some of the best choices. Sanguine Art is good too, assuming you already beat the Leviathan before.

Leviathan's Drops/Rewards
Both the Leviathan's main body and its tails have distinct drop tables, and all of it is practically guaranteed as long as you contribute enough damage.
